MEDIA & SUPPORTING PARTNERS

Seamless Australia Supporting Partners Program aims to establish equitable-value, mutually beneficial, barter-only relationships with qualified not-for-profit industry bodies/associations, as well as media outlets. To date we are proud to have partnered with over 30 such organisations.

Negotiation of each barter-deal depends on the value being offered. Our goal is to ensure that the benefits offered by Seamless Australia are of relatively equal (matching) value to the exposure received in return.

NOTE: To be considered for a supporting partnership, the barter needs to happen between 8 - 4 months prior to the event date.

WHAT SEAMLESS AUSTRALIA CAN OFFER SUPPORTING PARTNERS?

Seamless Australia can offer branding, exposure, goodwill and discounts/incentives to organisations/associations/media outlets. Example of what Seamless Australia can offer are listed below:

  • Discount to your members/clients/subscribers (typically 5% - 10%)
  • VIP attendee passes
  • Branding and links on Seamless Australia website and marketing material
  • Branding and signage at the event
  • Distribution rights at the event (e.g. a table top or display shelf to distribute flyers, brochures, magazines)
  • Exhibition booth/pod or meeting area (subject to availability)
  • Promotion in Social Media
  • Listing on the Mobile App

WHAT SUPPORTING PARTNERS CAN OFFER SEAMLESS AUSTRALIA?

Seamless Australia barters with organisations/associations/media that can offer mass exposure that encourages attendance. Examples of acceptable offers include:

  • Email marketing to your members/clients/subscribers
  • Promotion on your website (Listing in ‘Diary of Events' / banner on website, logo and link on website)
  • Promotion in Newsletter or eNewsletter
  • Promotion in Social Media
  • Free print adverts
  • Free inserts
  • Exhibition booth or display at Partner's event
